摘要
文章以浙江大学、宁波大学等为代表的浙江省四所高校图书馆部分教师用户为调研对象,采用问卷调查与网上调查相结合的方式,对当前不同层次高校教师用户的信息需求行为的样本指标进行比对分析,内容涉及被调查用户的基本信息、信息资源来源、信息资源类型及其对电子文献的利用率等,并针对调查结果分析症结,提出对策。
Taking teachers from four universities in Zhejiang province, including Zhejiang University and Ningbo University as research objects, this paper has compared and analyzed the requirements of different levels from teachers of colleges and universities towards information service by means of questionnaires and interact survey. The research includes the basic information, sources and categories of information resources , and utilization of electronic document of the users being investigated. Also, this paper has proposed some suggestions towards the result of the investigation.
