组织多普勒显像评价老年原发性高血压患者右心室舒张功能

Evaluation of right ventricular diastolic function by doppler tissue imaging in the aged patients with essential hypertension

目的应用组织多普勒显像(DTI)技术评价老年原发性高血压患者右心室舒张功能。方法应用脉冲多普勒(PW)技术测量46例临床确诊老年高血压患者在右室舒张期三尖瓣口充盈早期血流峰值速度(E)和心房收缩峰值(A),并计算E/A值;应用组织多普勒测量三尖瓣环舒张早期运动速度(e)、舒张晚期运动速度(a)及计算e/a值,并与健康组50例进行比较。结果高血压组E/A<1,而健康组E/A>1;高血压组e、e/a值均较健康组显著减低(P<0.01)。结论高血压可引起右室舒张功能减低,组织多普勒显像适合应用于老年人群评价高血压对右室舒张功能的影响。

Objective To evaluate the value of right ventricular diastolic function in the aged patients with essential hypertension（EH） by doppler tissue imaging （DTI）. Methods The tricuspid valve diastolic flow velocity （E and A） was measured in 46 patients with EH and 50 healthy controls by doppler echocardiography, and E/A was calculated. The peak early（e） and late（a） diastolic velocities of tricuspid annulus were analyzed by DTI,and e/a was also calculated. Results There was E/A 〈 1 in patients with EH and E/A 〉 1 in healthy controls. Compared with the healthy controls, the e and e/a in patients were significantly reduced （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions There is applicant value to evaluate the right ventricular diastolic function in the aged patients with EH through annular diastolic velocities measured by DTI.
