摘要
应用正交试验设计和组织分析相结合的方法研究了固溶热处理及时效参数(温度、时间、冷却介质)对 GH35合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,合金瞬时强度和塑性的最显著影响因素是时效温度,其次是固溶化温度和固溶化后的冷却速度而固溶热处理和时效的保温时间影响不大。合金的性能与其晶粒尺寸,晶界 Cr_(23)C_6及晶内γ′相的特征有关。合金的最佳热处理制度为1080℃保温2h,水冷+680℃保温16h,空冷。
Orthogonal designs of experiment were used to determine the effects of solu-
tion heat treatment and aging parameters(temperature,time,coolant)on me-
chanical properties and microstructure of GH35 alloy.The results showed that
the most significant foctor affecting room-tempeture tensile strength and duc-
til(?)ty is the aging temperture,and the secondary factor is the solution tem-
perature and cooling rate from the solution temperature,But the holding ti-
me of solution and aging have little effect on room-temperature tensile prope-
ties.The mechanical properties of the alloy are dependent ongrain size and the
characteristics of the grain boundary carbide Cr_(28)C_6 and the γ′-phase within
the grain.The optimum heat-treatment parameters of GH 35 alloy are 1080℃
(2h),W.Q.+680℃(16h),A.C.
