基于PC104的运动控制器设计

摘要 基于PC的运动控制器往往难以满足恶劣工业现场的实际使用要求。针对这一问题,介绍了采用基于PC104嵌入式主板和MCX314芯片设计的运动控制器,详细分析了所设计运动控制器的硬、软件模块、PC104总线和MCX314芯片的接口电路、输入/输出信号电路、控制系统的软件模块及插补模块。该控制器可实现三轴联动直线插补、任意两轴联动圆弧插补。将所设计的运动控制器应用于实验室研制的火焰切割机,实践结果表明,即使在恶劣工业现场,火焰切割机依然具有良好的工作性能。 Aiming at that motion controller based PC can not meet the requirements for formidable conditions in practical industrial application in general, motion controller based on the PC104 embedded board and MCX314 motion control chip was designed. The function modules of the motion controller, interface between the PC104 bus and M CX314 chip I/O interface, the software modules and the interpolation module of the control system were introduced in detail. Three axis simultaneous motion linear interpolation and two axis simultaneous circle interpolation were realized with the controller. The designed controller was applied in the developed flame cutting machine, the practice shows that the excellent working performance is achieved in bad industrial application.
