摘要
针对我国目前室内空气污染为典型装修型化学性污染的特征。开发了KJFI型室内空气净化器.该净化器采取多种净化模块组合技术。重点祛除由房屋装饰装修造成的甲醛和挥发性有机物(TVOC)污染。同时兼顾除尘除菌。通过整机检测得到:甲醛1.3、6h净化效率分别为98%.99%、99%;TVOC 1.3,6h净化效率分别为72%、87%、92%;苯1、3,6h净化效率分别为66%、75%.81%。以可吸入颗粒物净化效率评判。KJFI型室内空气净化器洁净空气量为324.9m^3/h,有效净化率为56%。检测结果表明,该净化器性能符合国家标准。能有效去除家庭装修带来的甲醛,挥发性有机物等污染。
A new indoor air cleaner Type KJFI was developed aiming at controlling the typical chemical pollution of indoor air caused by decoration. This air cleaner takes a combined technology of multiple air cleaning modules emphasizing on removal of formaldehyde and total volatile organic compound (TVOC), as well as dust and bacteria. The testing has shown that the cleaning efficiencies for one, three and six hours were 98%, 99% and 99% for formaldehyde, 72%, 87% and 92% for TVOC, and 66%, 75% and 81% for benzene, respectively. According to an inhalable particulate removing test, its clean air delivery rate (CADR) was 324.9 m3/hr with an effective cleaning efficiency of 56%. It indicated that the performance of the air cleaner has met the Chinese national standard to effectively remove the indoor air pollutants caused by home decoration.
