The essential of practising regional circular economy is to bring the advanced philosophy of circular economy to guide and promote regional development. The way to use some effective management instruments in pushing on the regional circular economy was presented and analysed such as ISO 14001 environmental management systems （EMS）, cleaner production auditing, energy performance contracting （EPC）, green tendering, green procurement, establishing green communities and schools, and etc.
