水性苯丙防锈底漆的研制及初期防闪锈性能的改进 被引量:7

摘要 以苯丙乳液为成膜物质,柠檬锶铬黄和纳米复合铁钛粉复配为防锈颜料,制备了一种水性环保防锈底漆。研究了颜填料体积浓度(PVC),防锈颜料柠檬锶铬黄和纳米复合铁钛粉的用量,以及分散剂、缓蚀剂的种类和用量对涂层防腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,当涂料颜填料体积浓度在35%~40%之间,w(柠檬锶铬黄)=3%~5%,w(纳米复合铁钛粉)=6%~8%,w(复合型缓蚀剂)=0.25%~0.35%时,所制的水性防锈涂料性价比合适,初期防闪锈能力好,综合性能优良。 A waterborne environmentally-friendly anticorrosive primer was prepared with polystyrene-acrylate latex as film-forming material and lemon strontium chrome yellow and nanocomposite ferrotitanium powder as anticorrosive pigments. The effects of the pigment volume concentration (PVC), dosages of anticorrosive pigments (i.e. lemon strontium chrome yellow and nanocomposite ferrotitanium powder), as well as the type and dosage of dispersants and inhibitors on the corrosion resistance of coating were studied. The results showed that a waterborne rust-resistant primer with suitable quality-to-price ratio, good initial flash-rust resistance and excellent comprehensive properties was obtained at PVC 35%-40% with lemon strontium chrome yellow 3%-5%, nanocomposite ferrotitanium powder 6%-8% and composite inhibitor 0.25%.0.35%.
