摘要
以硅酸钠和锌粉为主要原料,制备了水性无机硅酸锌车间底漆。讨论了该底漆的施工注意事项和基料、颜料、助剂等影响漆膜性能的主要因素。结果表明,当硅酸钠溶液与硅丙乳液质量比为24:4,锌粉与磷铁粉质量比为62:8时,采用500目高品质锌粉及恰当的助剂,可制得综合性能良好的涂料。
A workshop primer of waterborne inorganic zinc silicate was prepared with sodium silicate and zinc powders as main raw materials. Some points worthy of attention for construction of the primer and main factors affecting the film properties, such as binder, pigments and additives were discussed. The result indicated that a coating with good comprehensive performance can be obtained by using a high-quality zinc powders of 500 mesh and suitable additives at a mass ratio of sodium silicate solution to silicone-acrylic emulsion 24:4 and a mass ratio of zinc powders to phosphorus-iron powders 62: 8.
