摘要
采用长余辉发光粉对棉织物进行印花，通过研究发光粉及黏合剂用量、焙烘温度和时间对印花织物干湿摩擦牢度及亮度的影响，优化了应用工艺，即：发光粉20％，黏合剂40％，130℃焙烘2min。该条件下处理的织物夜光效果好，且干摩擦牢度能达到3～4级．湿摩擦牢度达到3级。
Cotton fabric was printed by long lasting phosphorescent materials. The effect of usage of fluorescent powder and adhesive, curing temperature and time on color fastness to washing and rubbing, lightness was analyzed. The application conditions were optimized as follows： fluorescent powder 20%, adhesive 40%, curing at 130 ℃ for 2 minutes. The treated fabric featured good color fastness and luminous effect.
