摘要
有机氟化合物因其独特的物化特性而广泛应用于多种领域,同时含氟量对生物体及环境的危害性正日益受到关注。因此,对氟含量的检测研究也在不断改进和发展。介绍了有机氟含量的各类检测技术及其优缺点,如化学分析法、离子选择电极法、离子色谱法、分光光度法、原子吸收光谱法、电感耦合等离子体法-质谱法、顶空(衍生)气相色谱法、气相色谱-质谱法、高效液相色谱法和核磁共振法等。文中针对不同的有机氟聚合物基质提出了不同的样品预处理技术。
Because of excellent tension properties and thermic and chemical stability, the organic fluoride compounds were used to many fields and also were concerned by its harmful to organisms and environment. With the development of the industry, detection method of fluorine content had been improved gradually. Different detection technologies for fluorine content (such as chemical detection technology, ISE, IC, SP, AAS, ICP-MS, HSGC, GC-MC, HPLC, 19F-NMR) were introduced. Meanwhile, pretreatment of the samples was brought up according to the different matrix of organic fluoride polymer.
