摘要
对1株从广西某山雉养殖场发病山雉中分离得到的新城疫病毒进行生物学特性测定。结果显示,分离株的鸡胚平均死亡时间(MDT)为50.4h,1日龄雏鸡脑内接种致病指数(ICPI)为1.58,F蛋白核苷酸序列与新城疫标准强毒株F48E9株的核苷酸同源性为84.5%,与Lasota的核苷酸同源性为81.8%,推导氨基酸在裂解位点的序列是112G-R-R-Q-K-R-F117。通过MDT、ICPI和推导氨基酸裂解位点分析,确定分离株是一株毒力较强的新城疫病毒强毒株。
One strain of Newcastle disease virus (NDV) was isolated from diseased pheasant in a pheasant farm in Guangxi in 2008, and the biological characteristic of the strain was determined. The results showed that the mean death time of chicken embryos for the isolated strain was 50.4 hours, and the intraeerebral pathogenicity index to one-day-old chicks was 15.8. The homology of functional domains of F gene nueleotide sequence of the isolated strain with standard strains F48E9 and Lasota was 84.5% and 81.8%, respectively. The deduced amino acids sequence of cleavage site was ^112G-R-R-Q-K-R-F^117. These results showed the isolated strain was a strong virulent strain of NDV.
