“三农”气象问题及其对策

Meteorological problems existing in countryside, agriculture and farmers and its countermeasures

针对"三农"存在的自然灾害频发、极端天气事件明显增多、天气预测预报准确率不高、气象信息传输存在盲区和滞后性等问题,提出牢固树立为农服务的思想,加强农村公共气象服务体系建设,提高预报预测的准确率与精细化水平,合理开发利用气候资源,拓展气象信息传播渠道等对策,以更好地为"三农"提供气象服务,促进农业增效、农村稳定、农民增收。

According to the problems in ＂three agricultures＂ including countrside, agriculture and farmers such as continuously natural disasters, obvious increase of extreme weather events, lower accuracy of weather forecast, blind zone and hysteretie nature of meteorological information transmission, and so on. It put forward that the service thought for ＂three agricultures＂ should be firmly fostered, the construction of rural public meteorological service system should be strengthened, the accuracy and refinement level of forecast should be improved, climatic resources should be reasonably developed, meteorological information spreading channel should be expanded, etc., to provide meteorological services for ＂three agricultures＂ and promote the increase of agriculture benefits, the stability of the rural area and the income increase of farmers.
