摘要
卡钻事故在石油钻井工业中时有发生,计算震击动载荷的方法各不相同。本研究结合一个现场实例,在合理假设的基础上,建立有限元分析模型,旨在探讨上提拉力和震击动载荷的关系,计算结果表明震击动载荷是上提拉力的3.3倍,该结果和现场实际非常接近,对震击器的使用有重要的指导价值。
Sticking incidents in oil drilling industry happen constantly. And calculating the dynamic load method varies. According to a scene example, finite element analysis model is established on proper assumption, the relationship between upward force and dynamic load is researched and dynamic load is 3.3 times than upward force is calculated. The results accord with the fields very much. And it can give some important instruction for practical jarring operation.
