渐开线包络环面蜗杆副结构设计

摘要 介绍了渐开线环面蜗杆副齿廓啮合基本原理,结构特点,建立起TI-120渐开线环面蜗杆副、蜗轮蜗杆的有限元计算模型,分析了蜗杆副在啮合过程中载荷接触线的分布情况。并用有限元理论方法计算出蜗轮蜗杆应力云图和位移云图,为试制TI-120渐开线环面蜗杆减速器提供了可靠的理论依据。 This paper introduce the principle and the construction features of profile meshing of the toroid enveloping worm pair hich involute holicoid generatrix. The finite element model for calculating the TI-120 Toroid enveloping worm pair hich involute holicoid generatrix, worm wheel and worm are built. An analysis has been carried out upon the load distrbution on contacting line of warm pair during the course of meshing. The cloud of the stress and displacement are calculated by finite element analysis. The calculation provides the credible theoretical basis for the attempting production of TI-120 retarder with toroid enveloping worm pair hich involute holicoid generatrix.
