汽车淋雨试验室主要用来模拟自然降雨环境,用于测试汽车的防雨密封性能,是新车下线必不可少的检测设备。淋雨试验室主要由房体、喷淋系统、吹干系统和控制系统等组成。本文通过实施JL7162(吉利金刚汽车)淋雨试验室项目,总结了淋雨试验室设计中淋雨面积、淋雨强度和喷射压力等主要参数及设备选型的确定,为淋雨试验室设计在理论计算上提供参考。

Automobile rain testing room is mainly used to simulate raining. It＇s a necessary facility for the leak tightness testing of new automobiles. It＇s made up of main structure, spray system, air drying system and control system. After JL7162 rain testing room program was finished, the selection of raining area, raining intensity, expulsion pressure and equipment was generalized. It＇s a good reference for theoretical calculation in the design of rain testing room.
