针对弹簧的三维参数化建模,研究基于Pro/E的参数化零件库的开发方法,介绍Pro/E程序开发的过程。通过使用Pro/TOOLKIT函数来处理,利用Pro/TOOLKIT工具包调用自身所带的函数库,实现在原软件基础上的功能扩充。通过分析生成弹簧所需的主要参数,编写程序实现系列化钢板弹簧的三维参数化模型,简化了弹簧的建模过程。
