基于ADuc812单片机的电灶自动断电保护系统设计与实现

摘要 针对采用电灶烧开水不宜采用接触式测量水温的特点,设计采用红外线传感器接收壶体发射红外线辐射并转换成电压的变化,通过ADuc812单片机对该电压信号进行A/D转换并对A/D转换结果按照程序判断处理来确定是否水已烧开,当水沸腾后自动切断电源,从而实现电灶自动断电保护的功能。 Aiming the characteristics that it is not suitable to measure water temperature using a touching method during water heating on an electric cooker, a new indirect method was designed to detect the infrared radiation radiated from the hot kettle and the radiation value is converted into voltage's changes. It can be judged that the water is boiled or not though the voltage's signal A/D conversion and its result is analyzed on the ADuc812 MCU. If water boiled ,the power will be off automatically and the function of the electric cooker's automatic power-offprotection will be fulfilled.
