The analysis process and solutions for the electrical fault in a bank computer center are introduced. UPS switch along with the external protection switch tripped many times because of fault, the causes of which are that： （1） the N conductor and the PE conductor in the TN-C-S system are first separated and then combined; （2）three-phase load is unbalanced; （3） harmonic impact.
