Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al热轧板超塑性变形中的各向异性

摘要 本文在750℃下对 Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al 合金热轧板进行了轧向及横向的超塑性拉伸,以考察其超塑性变形中的各向异性。实验结果表明:在5×10^(-4)s^(-1)——8×10^(-3)s^(-1)应变速率范围内,轧向试样的超塑性变形抗力大于横向,轧向延伸率峰值高于横向。本文根据超塑性拉伸前后显微组织的变化等实验结果,对横向试样超塑性拉伸后产生的多颈缩等现象进行了分析,提出了超塑性变形中的宏观流线现象,并给予初步解释。 Superplastic tensile tests were carried out in order to examine anisotropy of superplasticity in hot rolled sheet of Ti 1OV-2Fe-3Al alloy.The results show that flow stress in longitudinal(L)direction is higher than in transversal(T)direction.the peak value of elongation in L direction is also higher than that of T direction within strain rates of 5×10^(-4)s^(-1) to 8.3×10^(-3)s^(-1).Based on some experimental results such as the microstructure changes of specimens before and after superplastic deformation,analysis is made for the phenomenon of multi-neckig on the T specimens after tension.The flow-lines in superplas tically deformed spcimens are observed,and preliminary explaination is made on these flow lines.
