转型风险社会的特点及风险控制

On the Characteristics and Risk Control in Social Transition

在总结西方风险社会理论的基础上,从本土视野出发,提出了转型风险社会这一概念。认为我国转型风险社会主要表现为风险的复合性特征,其中结构性风险和制度性风险更为突出,并从复合治理的视角,探讨了转型风险的控制。

On the basis of summary of the Western risk society theory, the paper proposes the concept of risk in social transformation from the local perspective. It＇s believed that these risks take on mainly the compound characteristic, in which the institutional risks and the structural risks stand out, so the control of risks in social transformation can be undertaken from the viewpoint of multiple governance.
