摘要
教师岗位的科学设置与管理是高校教师管理中的重点和难点。运用高等教育管理学、教育经济学、劳动经济学等相关理论,提出了高校教师岗位设置的计算方法与模型,根据该方法及模型可使高校教师岗位设置更加科学、合理。
The scientific position installation and management have played a role of focus and hard core in the management of university teachers. Based on the theories of Management of Higher Education Management, Education Economics, and Labor Economics, this paper puts forward the calculation mode of the position installation of university teachers, so as to boost the scientific and rational management in this field.
