摘要
大学生德育系统是一个复杂的社会系统,其德育力量主要来自学校、社会、家庭等方面。学校是德育的重要阵地,社会是育人的最大课堂,家庭是大学生道德形成的基础。学校、社会、家庭对于大学生道德品质养成所起的作用并不总是完全一致的,需要进行整合。遵循系统建模的思想,探讨建立了以学生为中心,学校教育、社会教育、家庭教育互相联系、支撑、影响的立体的大学生德育合力模型,把这些力量集中起来,让他们最大化地发挥出来,共同促进大学生的健康成长。
The university moral education system is a complex social system that comes from school, society, family and so on. The school is an important position, the society is the greatest classroom of education, the family is a foundation where the students moral form. The school, the society and the family' s roles regarding the moral education are not always completely consistent, need for integration. According to the thought of system modeling, the discussion establishes a student-centered, school education, social education, family education with each other mutual support and mutual effects of the three-dimensional model, and integrates these forces so that they jointly promote the healthy growth of students.
