血浆置换治疗重症疾病患者47例临床应用分析

Clinical analysis of plasma exchange therapy for 47 patients with severe diseases

目的探讨血浆置换治疗重症疾病患者的方法与疗效。方法采用血浆单采仪采集患者血浆，以右旋糖酐40葡萄糖注射液和经病毒灭活后少白细胞的新鲜冰冻血浆为置换液，治疗患者47例，男30例，女17例，每例治疗1～8次，平均2．6次，共计120次，每例置换血浆（1289±306）mL，分别输入右旋糖酐40葡萄糖注射液和新鲜冰冻血浆（605±167）mL、（719土202）mL。结果经血浆置换治疗后效果良好44例，有效率达93％；置换过程顺利，未发生不良反应。结论血浆置换对自身免疫性疾病和重症急性中毒等疗效明显。

Objective To investigate the effect of plasma exchange therapy for patients with different severe diseases. Methods 47 patients （male 30 and female 17） with different severe diseases were treated by plasma exchange therapy with low molecular dextran 40 and fresh virus-inactived frozen plasma to replace patient plamsa using plasma component apheresis separator. Totally treatment with plasma exchange therapy was 120 cases with average of 2.6 cases （1-8） for each patient. Average （1 289±306）mL plasma of each patient was replaced with （605± 167）mL and （719± 202）mL of low molecular dextran 40 and fresh virus-inactived frozen plasma. Results Out of 47 patients with plasma exchange therapy,44 showed marked effects. The average effective rate was up to 93 %. All patients were performed successfully. No any adverse reactions was observed. Conclusion The treatment of plasma exchange therapy is very effective for patients with severe diseases such as autoimmune diseases and acute poisoning.
