载万古霉素-PDLLA钢板的组织相容性和生物安全性评估 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察载万古霉素-聚-DL-乳酸(PDLLA)钢板的组织相容性和生物安全性。方法以PDLLA为载体,采用溶剂浇铸技术在钛合金板基体表面制备携载万古霉素的PDLLA抗感染涂层,通过组织相容性和生物安全性观察来检测其生物相容性。将载万古霉素-PDLLA钢板(实验组)和祼钢板(对照组)分别植入大白兔体内,于不同时相点进行血常规、肝肾功能检测,观察伤口局部情况,植入材料周围软组织取材进行组织病理学检查。结果血常规、肝肾功能检测两种材料差异不明显;局部组织病理学检查差异不明显。结论载万古霉素-PDLLA钢板具有良好的组织相容性和生物安全性。 Objective To evaluate the security and biocompatibility for an internal fixation plate which can inhibit infection by carrying and slow-releasing Vancomycin. Methods PDLLA coating which carrying Vancomycin were prepared on the surface of titanium plate substrate for fracture fixation by solvent casting technology with the PDLLA as a carrier;the biological safety of Vancomycin - PDLLA loaded plates were investigated by security and biocompatibility test:the rabbits were planted with Vancomycin - PDLLA loaded plate(experiment grouop) or plate(control group). The blood routine,liver function and renal function were studied in different phase point. At the same time, the condition of the wound were observed and the soft tissue around the plates were studied by histopathology. Results The blood routine,liver function,renal function and histopathology had no difference between control group and experiment group. Conclusion Vancomycin - PDLLA Loaded plate has good security and biocompatibility.
