摘要
目的研究黄芪多糖(APS)对肝癌介入术化疗药物所致骨髓抑制的保护作用。方法将2007年3月至2008年3月96例用介入术治疗的原发性中晚期肝癌患者(化疗药物为阿霉素40mg、顺铂60mg、5-氟脲嘧啶1.0g、40%碘化油乳剂10~15mL)采用随机数字法分为治疗组(介入术辅以注射用APS)和对照组(介入术辅以利血生、鲨肝醇、肌苷、维生素B4),治疗后1~4周检查血常规,计数外周血白细胞数(WBC),观察两组药物对化疗所致骨髓抑制的保护作用。结果治疗组化疗后1周骨髓抑制发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),且治疗组患者第4周骨髓抑制得到有效控制。结论APS对化疗药物所致骨髓抑制具有预防作用,对维持白细胞稳定具有较好疗效,可作为化疗常规辅助用药。
Objective To study the astragalus polysaccharide (Astragalus Polyaaccharidcs, APS) for the intervention of liver cancer chemotherapy drugs (doxorubicin 40mg, cisplatin 60mg, 5-fluorouracil 1. 0g, 40 % iodized oil emulsion 10-15mL) due to the protective effect of bone marrow suppression. Methods 96 cases from March 2007- March 2008 of intervention in the treatment of advanced primary liver cancer patients randomly divided into treatment group (chemotherapy supplemented by injection of Astragalus Polysaccharide Injection) A group and control group (chemotherapy with leucogen, shark liver alcohol,inosine, vitamin B4 ) B group,after 1 week treatment to 4 weeks Cha routine,counted the number of peripheral white blood cells (WBC),observed of two groups of chemotherapy drugs due to the protective effects of bone marrow suppression. Results In the treatment group,chemotherapy myelosuppression incidence was significantly lower than control group after 1 week, between the existence of significant differences (P〈0.01) ,and the treatment group of patients the first 4 weeks of bone marrow suppression has been effectively controlled. Conclusion APS conclusion of chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression with the role of prevention in sustaining the stability of interleukin has good curative effects, conventional chemotherapy can be used as auxiliary agents.
