急诊应用整形外科技术治疗面部软组织创伤

Application of plastic surgical technique in emergency facial soft tissue injury

目的观察急诊应用整形外科技术治疗面部软组织创伤的效果。方法在病情允许条件下应用整形外科技术对面部软组织创伤患者急诊进行整形清创，Ⅰ期关闭创面，精细分层缝合。术后4～5d拆线，早期应用硅胶贴膜抑制瘢痕增生。结果171例面部软组织损伤患者均取得满意效果，伤后面部容貌恢复好，伤口瘢痕增生不明显。结论在条件许可情况下急诊应用整形外科技术治疗面部软组织创伤，能更好恢复患者容貌，减少伤后面部伤残程度及后期整形负担。

Objective To observe clinical effect of application of plastic surgical technique on treatment emergency facial soft tissue injury. Methods If the patient＇s condition was available,plastic surgical techniques were performed in patients suffered with emergency facial soft injury include plastic debridement, flap transplantation, skin graft and fine layer suture. Facial wounds were closed with fine suture in first stage as possible. Sutures were removed after 4 to 5 days postoperative, and gel silicone film was used for inhibition hypertrophic scar in early stage. Results One hundred and seventy-one cases＇ facial wounds healed with no obviously scar formation. All patients gained satisfactory appearance. Conclusion It shows the patients＇ appearance can be preferably recovered by application of plastic surgical technique in emergency. The degree of disability in facial and the possibility of secondary plasty can be decrease.
