摘要
Cr12钢最佳激光相变硬化处理效果主要由下列因素造成:(1)马氏体含量大大增加(而残余奥氏体大大减少),(2)马氏体明显细化,(3)马氏体本身硬度摘高,(4)碳化物的弥散分布及(5)马氏体中极高的位错密度。TEM 观察证实马氏体与残余奥氏体之间符合K-S 关系。
This paper deals with that the optimum effect of the laser transfor-mation hardening of steel Cr12 is due to the following factors:(a)great increase in the amount of martensite,(b)martensite being greatly refined,(c)martensite hardness being increased,(d)dispersive distri-button of fine M_3C particals and(e)very high density of dislocations in martensite.Additionally,K S orientation relationship between marte-nsite and retained austenite is observed.
