益气养阴活血法中药结合环戊硫酮片治疗原发干燥综合征的临床观察

Clinical research in patients of primary sjogren's syndrome treated by traditional Chinese medicine of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue method and anethole trithione

目的:观察益气养阴活血法中药结合环戊硫酮片治疗原发干燥综合征的临床疗效。方法:将58例患者随机分为两组,其中30例应用益气养阴活血法中药结合环戊硫酮片治疗,对照组28例单独应用环戊硫酮片治疗,30d为1疗程。结果:治疗组有效率96.67%,对照组有效率78.57%,P<0.05,差异显著,有统计学意义。结论:益气养阴活血法中药结合环戊硫酮片治疗原发干燥综合征疗效显著,且无毒副作用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine of Yiqi Yangyin I luoxue method and anethole trithione on primary sjogren＇s syndrome.Methods：58 eases were divided into two groups randomly.30 eases in treatment group were treated by traditional Chinese medicine of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxne method and anethole trithione.28 eases in control group were treated by only anethole tri- thione. 1hirty days as a period of treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%, the control group was 78.57%, and there was a significant difference between groups（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions： The effect of traditional Chinese medicine of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue method and anethole trithione on primary sjogren＇s syndrome was good. There were not poisonous and side-effeet.
