脉炎消口服液中原儿茶醛含量测定

Determination of content of rancinamycin IV in maiyanxiao oral solution

目的:测定脉炎消口服液中有效成分原儿茶醛含量。方法:水煎醇沉法制备脉炎消口服液,反相HPLC法测定三批脉炎消口服液中原儿茶醛含量。色谱条件为Bonbhrom C18(4.6×250mm,5μm)柱;流动相:甲醇/水(1∶9)含1%冰乙酸;检测波长280nm。结果:原儿茶醛在0.08-2.0mg/ml浓度范围内峰面积和浓度线性关系良好,回收率在100.1%～102.9%范围内,RSD<2%。三批脉炎消口服液中原儿茶醛的平均含量为0.4mg/ml。结论:HPLC法能对脉炎消口服液中的有效成分原儿茶醛进行质量控制。

Objective：To determine the content of rancinamycin W in Maiyanxiao Oral Solution. Methods： Maiyanxiao Oral Solution was prepared by the method of water decoct and alcohol precipitation, The average content of rancinamycin IV from tri - batch Maiyanxiao Oral Solution was determined by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）. The separation was performed on a Bonbhrom C18（4.6 × 250mm,5μm） column with methanol - water （1：9） containing 1% glacial acetic acid as the mobile phase. The detective wave length was 280nm.Results：Within the range of （0.08 - 2.0）μg/ml, the content of rancinamyein IV showed a good linear relationship.The recovery of rancinamycin Ⅳ was within the rangeof（100.1 - 102.9） %, RSD 〈 2% .The average content of raneinamycin Ⅳ from tri - batch Maiyanxiao Oral Solution was 0.4mg/mL. Conclusions： The HPLC method can be used for controlling file quality of rancinamyein IV from the effective component of maiyanxiao oral solution.
