摘要
针对轮椅在宜人性和适用性方面存在的问题,应用人机工程学理论设计了多功能轮椅。从多功能轮椅的关键部件中主要以便槽、靠背、坐垫的设计来考虑人机工程学在机械设计中的应用,采用了Pro/E软件进行三维实体造型。简述人机工程学与轮椅舒适性的密切关系,以及轮椅舒适性设计的主要相关参数。通过对主要部件的模型进行反复的分析论证,最后证实了该多功能轮椅工作的正确性和可靠性。
For a wheelchair in a pleasant and applicability problems in the application of ergonomic design of the muhi-functional wheel- chair theory. Wheelchair from the multi-function key components to the major groove,back, seat design to consider the ergonomics of the mechanical design applications ,use of Pro/E three-dimensional solid modeling software. On ergonomics and comfort wheelchair close relationship, as well as comfort wheelchair design parameters of key stakeholders. The main components of the model analysis of repeated demonstration ,and finally confirmed the correctness of the work of multi-functional wheelchair and reliability.
