摘要
针对变电站、通讯基站用直流备用电源和电动汽车用直流动力电源,本文分别提出蓄电池组分只分时均充管理(BTMS)和分只同时均充管理方法(BSMS)。以AT89C51单片机为系统控制核心,达到对单只电池的充电闭环控制,以专家系统作为优化控制策略,提高单只电池容量利用率和使用寿命。基于该理念研制样机,并进行测试,结果显示三只试验电池终止电压差在0.05 V范围内,效果明显。目前已在贵州省罗甸供电局边阳变电站运行2年,系统性能稳定,蓄电池寿命提高一倍,容量利用率提高28%,基本达到预期目标。
Aiming at DC stand by power used in the transformer substation, the base station of communication and DC dynamical power used in electric vehicle, the battery time-sharing charging management system(BTMS) and the battery synchronous charging management system(BSMS) were deseribed respectively. Taking AT89C51 as the core of control system to realize charging closed-loop control for single battery , adopting expert system to optimal control strategy, to improve the capacity utilization ratio and service life of battery, prototype was developed based on that idea and the test result showed the difference final voltage of three trial battery was in the rang ofO. OSV. The system has been used in Bianyang transformer substation, Luodian, Guizhou province for 2 years. System performance is steady, and makes life of battery improve one time and capacity utilization ratio of battery improve 28% to achieve basically the prospective goal.
