通过MPI软件,对一汽车播音主机框架产品进行数值模拟,通过设计一系列的CAE样本,采用径向基神经网络建立了质量指标和保压参数之间的预测模型,然后用遗传算法优化保压参数,经验证效果良好。

This paper proposes a method of packing process optimization. A neural network model between quality and packing process parameters is built by some samples, which are simulated on computer using MPI software of MOLDFLOW, then genetic algorithms are used to optimize the packing process parameters. This method is proved to make great effect.
