摘要
车门是车身结构中一个较复杂的总成,车门结构设计是车身结构设计中的一个重要部分。熟悉车门结构的功能要求、结构特点是车门结构设计的基础。在具体的结构设计过程中,正确的方法、步骤是实现合理设计的关键,本文分析了外摆式车门的结构、工作原理及确定四连杆机构的方法,并简述其密封结构。
Car body donr is a more complex assembly in the body structure, door structures design is an important part of body design. Structural function requirement, specialty of structure are the basis of body door structure design. In the course of door structural design, correct method and procedure are the key points to realize rational design, this paper briefly analyses the outer turning service door＇s structure, working principles and methods to fix four2bar linkage, and introduces its sealing structure simply.
