摘要
为解决工程实际放样误差较大、效率低下等问题,提出了一种考虑板厚的"斜天圆地方"钣金展开的CAD方法。应用实例说明了所提出方法在"斜天圆地方"钣金展开的有效性,适用于不同板厚及方口面的不同倾斜角的展开放样。
In order to solve actual lofting errors, inefficiency in practical engineering, an outspread sheet metal of the Oblique Square Dome Shaped Pipe considering its thickness is proposed. An given instance illustrates that the proposed approach is valid for the outspread Sheet Metal of Oblique Square Dome Shaped Pipe, and is applicable to the various thickness and side aperture angle of Square Dome Shaped Pipe sheet metal.
