油井堵水工艺的质量控制措施研究

A Study of Quality Control Measures about the Water Blockoff Process of Oil Wells

随着油田开发时间的延长,油井含水会不断上升,最终会造成一些油层被强水淹没。油井堵水工艺一般采用堵剂封堵强水淹层,其施工过程具有一定的风险性。通过分析影响堵水效果的各种因素,研究探讨了堵水工艺的质量控制措施,有效提高了油井堵水技术的成功率。

With the extension of oilfield development time, water-bearing bed has been rising, and thus resulting in the submergence of oil layer by strong water. The water blockoff agents are used to block the submerged layers in the water blockoff process, the construction procedure of which has certain risks. Through the analysis of various factors affecting the water blockoff effect, the study fo- cuses on the quality control measures of water blockoff process, which effectively improves the successful rate of oil well water blockoff.
