摘要
建立了用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对辛硫磷.五氯硝基苯悬浮种衣剂中的有效成分进行一次性分离测定的分析方法。使用C18柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以甲醇+水为流动相,采用外标法对有效成分进行一次性分析和定量。辛硫磷和五氯硝基苯标准偏差分别为0.06和0.14,变异系数分别为1.14%和1.34%,平均回收率分别为99.5%和99.2%。
A simply method was developed to analyze the active ingredients in Phoxim and Quintozene SE for seed coating by HPLC. This method uses a intertex C18 reverse phase column, a variable wavelength UV detector, a mobile phase of methano ＋ water, and an external standard. The standard deviations were 0.06 and 0. 14 for Phoxim and Quintozene repectively, while the coefficients of variation were 1.14% and 1.34%. The average recoveries were 99.5 and 99.2% separately.
