摘要 目的:探讨了急性颅脑损伤患者血清NO、NOS和hs-CRP水平的变化及临床意义。方法:应用生化法和免疫比浊法对33例急性颅脑损伤患者进行了血清NO、NOS和hs-CRP测定,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果:在治疗前急性颅脑损伤患者血清中NO水平非常显著地低于正常人组(P<0.01),而NOS、hs-CRP水平则非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),经治疗一个月后则与正常人组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:观察血清中NO、NOS和hs-CRP水平的变化对研究急性早期颅脑损伤的病理生理变化,判断疗效及观察预后均具有重要的临床意义。 Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes of serum NO, NOS and hs - CRP levels in patients with a-cute brain injury. Methods Serum NO, NOS (with biochemistry) and hs-CRP (with immuno- turbility method) levels were detected in 33 patients with acute brain injury both Before and after treatment as well as in 35 controls. Results Before treatment, the serum NO levels in the patients were significantly lower and serum NOS, hs- CRP levels were significantly higher than those in controls (P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.01 ). After treatment for one month, the levels were approaching normal (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Serum NO, NOS and hs - CRP levels were related to the pathophysiological process of acute brain injury and might be taken as indicators of the severity of the diseases.
