论教育适度超前与江苏经济发展

On Moderate Future-oriented Education and Jiangsu's Economic Development

教育适度超前发展是我国社会经济发展的需要。就江苏省而言,在科学发展观指导下,结合本省经济和教育发展实情,江苏省教育应对速度、内涵、结构等方面调整,将高中阶段教育和高等教育作为适度超前发展的重要领域,实现科学、健康、可持续发展。为此,需要调整各级各类教育结构,重塑中等职业教育,加大高等教育改革力度,适度超前发展成人高等教育,大力发展农村高等教育自学考试等。

Moderate future-oriented education is the need of socio-economic development.As far as Jiangsu province is concerned,it should combine its real situation of economic and educational development,adjust speed,connotation,structure of education,etc.,and regard senior middle school period and higher education as moderate future-oriented areas to realize scientific,healthy and sustainable development under the guidance of the concept of scientific development.For this purpose,we need to adjust various levels of educational structure and remould secondary vocational education and intensify the reform of higher education.In addition,we should advance adult higher education moderately and strive to develop higher education self-study exam in rural areas,etc.
