摘要 水电能源开发与生态环境的关系,极具典型性地表现出人类经济社会活动对生态环境系统功能的影响。新中国建立以来在水电能源开发和水利工程建设方面取得了很多举世瞩目的成就。但是,已建水利工程取得较大的经济效益的同时,也付出巨大的生态环境代价。从生态哲学维度审视已建三门峡水利枢纽等水电能源开发及水利工程建设对生态环境与人文环境的显在和潜在影响,对于深入揭示我国在现代化过程中经济社会活动与生态环境系统之间的复杂关系,具有重大的学术价值和现实意义。 The relationship between exploitation of hydro-electric energy and ecological environment typically shows that human economic activities have a great effect on ecosystem.Since 1949 we have already made great achievements in exploitation of hydro-electric energy and construction of irrigation works.Nevertheless,water conservancy projects,which have ever been built in the past years,have already made great economic benefits but on the other hand,we are suffering the great cost of ecological environment.From the dimentions of ecology,the potential and apparent influences of exploitation of hydro-electric energy and construction of water-conservancy projects such as the Sanmenxia hydro-junction on ecological and human environment may deeply reveal the complicated relationship between social economic activities and ecosystem during the process of modernizing our country,and this will have vital academic and practical value.
