中国农村卫星远程医学教育应用的产业化政策导向和实践问题研究

Research on policy orientation and practical issues of the industrialization of satellite medical distance education in China’s rural areas

中国农村卫星远程医学教育是实现中国农村医学教育的重要形式。国家发改委、卫生部等部委积极出台引导政策，推进卫星通信技术在农村医学教育领域的产业化。但从现状看，农村卫星医学远程教育还存在不少实践问题，经过长期实践和跟踪产业化研究，笔者提出了其产业化发展的一些思路。

The satellite medical distance education is an important form of medical education in China＇s rural areas. The National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Health and other ministries are vigorously formulating guiding policies to promote the industrialization of satellite communication technology in in rural medical education. However, many problems still exist in the practice of satellite medical distance education in the rural areas. After years ＇ practice and research on industrialization, we put forward some thoughts on the industrialization of satellite medical distance education in rural areas of China.
