Application of standardized patient in training medical students’ clinical communication skills

为了使医学生掌握医患沟通技巧，首先，确定医患沟通技能培训的内容，并编写详细的培训脚本；然后，应用标准化病人依据培训脚本来训练医学生医患沟通技能；每次训练结束后，再由标准化病人以患者的观点对医学生进行回馈指导。技能培训取得了较好的效果，明显提高了医学生的医患沟通能力，增强了其临床综合技能。

In order to enable medical students to master doctor-patient communication skills, we must first decide the content of the training and compile detailed training material, which is then used in the training with the help of standardized patient. After each training, we provide feedback guidance to the students from the perspective of using standardized patient as the real patient, which has achieved satisfactory results. It has greatly enhanced the medical students＇doctor-patient communication skills and comprehensive clinical skills.
