随着全球金融危机波及我国，对即将步出校门的高校毕业生来说，面临着更加严峻的就业形势。在这种就业困境中，大学生产生了焦虑烦躁、自卑厌世以及愤世嫉俗等心理，严重影响了身心健康。因此，需要大学生自身、高校、社会各界采取积极措施来应对，转“危”为“机”，让大学生以最佳的心理状态去迎接就业。

With the global financial crisis affecting our country, graduating university graduates are faced with more tough employment situation. In such a tough employment situation,the students have had anxiety, irritability, low self-esteem and world-weary cynicism, which are seriously affecting their physical and mental health. Therefore, it is necessary for the students themselves, institutions of higher learning and all sectors of society to take positive measures to pitch in, turning the crisis into opportunity so that college students can seek employment with the best mental state.
