基于模糊PID控制的区域性恒压供水系统的研究与实现

摘要 针对目前供水系统设备多、分布广、各供水站相互独立以及传统PID控制的稳定性差、参数调整困难等问题,设计了一种基于CC-Link现场总线技术、模糊控制技术、PID控制技术、变频调速技术的区域性恒压供水系统,实现了PID参数的自动在线调整和各供水站的分布式控制与集中管理。实践证明,该系统具有较强的鲁棒性和良好的稳定性以及远程实时监控功能。 Aiming at the problems of water-supplying system nowadays such as multi-equipment, wide distribution, unlink of every water station, also bad stability and difficulty of parameters adjustment of the traditional PID controlling, a regional constant pressure water-supplying system is designed based on the technology of CC-Link field bus, fuzzy controlling, PID controlling and changing of frequency and speed. It has realized self-regulation of PID parameters online and dispersion-controlling and central management of water station. The facts have proved that the system possesses rather strong robustness, good stability and function of remote monitoring in real-time.
