摘要
工业控制中常用的传统PID算法,其参数整定不仅复杂、费时、费力,而且不易取得最优参数,使控制过程达不到理想状态。针对此利用单片机的计算优势,融合最新的模糊控制理论,提出了一种新型的自动的PID参数整定方法,通过软件模拟及实际检验,均达到了理想效果。
The traditional PID algorithm commonly used in industrial control is not only complicated and time-consuming, laborious, but also difficult to obtain the optimal parameters, and can not have the controlled process to achieve the perfect condition. This article uses monolithic integrated circuit's computation superiority, fuses the newest fuzzy control theory, founds a new automatic PID parameter regulation means. Through the software simulation and the actual proving, it achieves completely the ideal effect.
