不同粒度PETN机械感度 被引量:5

摘要 为了分析不同粒度PETN的机械感度,采用了微团化动态结晶方法和溶剂/非溶剂滴加重结晶方法制备出了中位径d50分别为0.452μm、7.052μm、52.27μm的PETN颗粒,并采用粒度分析仪和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对三种试样的粒度进行了表征.测定了三种试样的撞击感度(特性落高H50)和摩擦感度(爆炸百分数)值.测试结果表明:PETN撞击感度随粒度减小逐渐降低,并且在粒度降至亚微米级时最低;PETN摩擦感度并不随粒度减小而降低,而是粒度在1—10μm时最为钝感.
