TNF-α与阴虚证五心烦热症相关性的临床研究

A Clinical Study on the Relevance of TNF-α and Patients of Yin Deficiency with Heat Sensation in the Palms,Soles and Chest

目的:研究阴虚证五心烦热症与TNF-α的相关性。方法:采用临床流行病学诊断实验研究方法,依据病证结合方法,选取慢性肾小球肾炎、糖尿病2种疾病的阴虚证有五心烦热症及无五心烦热症的患者为研究观察组,设立非阴虚证中有五心烦热症及无五心烦热症的患者为研究对照组,并采用放免方法检测血清中TNF-α等微观指标的含量。结果:①阴虚证有五心烦热症组患者TNF-α含量明显高于对照组2组患者含量(均为P<0.01);阴虚证无五心烦热症组患TNF-α含量明显高于对照组2组患者含量(均为P<0.05);阴虚证有五心烦热症组患者TNF-α含量明显高于阴虚证无五心烦热症组患者(P<0.05);非阴虚证有五心烦热症组患者TNFα-含量与非阴虚证无五心烦热症组患者无显著差别(P>0.05)。②阴虚证患者血清TNF-α水平与证候积分呈正相关(r=0.573,P<0.05);③TNF-α水平与患者年龄、病程无相关性。结论:TNF-α水平可作为阴虚证辨证的重要参考,其在血清中的变化与阴虚证五心烦热症有一定的相关性。TNF-α水平的改变可以作为阴虚证客观诊断指标的一部分参考。

Objective: To explore the Relevance of TNF-α and TNF-α and the patients of yin deficiency with heat sensation in the palms,soles and chest.Methods: Based on the combination of syndromes,an experimental research of clinical epidemiological diagnosis was conducted to observe the chronic glomerulonephritis patients and diabetes patients who showed the heat sensation in the palms,soles and chest and showed no heat sensation in the palms,soles and chest.A relevant control group was also set up.A radioimmunoassay method was used to determine the micro-content indicator of TNF-α in serum.Results: A.The content of TNF-α in the patients with the heat sensation in the palms,soles and chest of yin deficiency was obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.01)while the content of TNF-α in the patients with no heat sensation was obvious higher than that of the control group(P>0.05).The contents of TNF-α in the patients of non yin deficiency with the heat sensation in the palms,soles and chest and the patients of non yin deficiency with no heat sensation in the palms,soles and chest showed no significance difference(P>0.05).B.The level and Integral Syndrome of TNF-α in the serum of the patients of yin deficiency showed positive correlation(r=0.573,P<0.05).C.The level of TNF-α had no correlation with the ages and the sick course of the patients.Conclusion: The level of TNF-α can be used as an important reference for differentiation of syndromes and its change in the serum has certain correlation with the heat sensation in the palms,soles and chest.The change of the sick course can be used as certain reference for the objective diagnosis of yin deficiency.
