12-条目攻击问卷(AQ)在儿童青少年中的应用研究

An application study of 12-item aggression questionnaire on child and adolescent

目的评价12-条目攻击问卷(12-item aggression questionnaire,12-AQ)在宁波市儿童青少年的信度、效度。方法对600名9～14岁小学和初中学生进行12-AQ、Conners父母症状问卷(PSQ)评定,2周后对其中的56名学生进行重测。结果12-AQ各条目各因子得分与总分的相关系数均在0.40以上,内部一致性检验问卷总分的Cronbachα系数为0.75,重测信度在0.70以上,总分与各因子的相关系数高于各因子的相关系数,体现了良好的结构效度,进一步的验证性因素分析显示原问卷的结构模型与样本有良好的拟合度,与PSQ的品行问题因子分、多动冲动因子分及多动指数之间呈正相关。除愤怒因子外,男生的12-AQ总分和其他各因子分评分均高于女生的得分。结论12-条目攻击问卷在宁波市的儿童青少年样本中有很好的信度、效度,值得在临床样本中进一步探索。

Objective： To assesses the reliability and validity of 12 -item aggression questionnaire（ 12 -AQ） among children and adolescents in Ningbo. Methods： Six hundred students aged 9 -14 years old were assessed with 12 - item aggression questionnaire and Conners parent symptom questionnaires （ PSQ ） and 56 students of them were retested two weeks later. Results： The correlation coefficients between item scores and the total score were above 0.40. The internal consistency test showed the Cronbach α coefficient of the total questionnaire was 0.75 and the re - test reliability was more than 0.70. The correlation coefficients between item scores and the total score were higher than that among item scores, which indicated a better construct validity. The further confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the structure model of the questionnaire was well fitted in Chinese version. There were positive correlation hweteen the total score and scores of physical aggression, verbal aggression, anger and hostility factor of 12 - AQ and the scores of conduct problems, hyperactivity impulse and hyperactivity index of PSQ. The total score and item scores of boys other than score of anger were significantly higher than that of girls. Conclusion： 12 -item aggression questionnaire has a high reliability and a good validity among children and adolescents in Ningbo. It is worthy to be further explored in clical practice.
