摘要
公益类科研机构是科技创新体系的重要组成部分,是社会科技类公共物品的主要提供者。文章以工作价值观理论为契入点,设计了公益类科研机构员工工作价值观调查问卷,采用因子分析方法,分析了影响公益类科研机构员工工作价值观的主要因素。通过与一般科研机构员工工作价值观的比较,得出公益类科研机构员工工作价值观的结构维度,为设计公益类科研机构激励政策支持。
Public scientific institutions are the important parts of the scientific and technological system , also the primary provider of public goods on science and technology. In the paper, work value theory in the organization behavior study has been introduced, and the work value questionnaire for public scientific institutions has been designed. Based on questionnaires, the primary factors effecting personnel work value have been analyzed by factor analysis methods. By comparing with general scientific institutions, the characteristics and result has been got. The structure analysis for personnal work value has the function of decision support for incentire policy design of public scientific institutions.
