摘要
反生产工作行为对个人工作绩效和组织绩效有重要影响。文章从反生产行为的特征维度及相似概念的比较入手,总结分析了反生产工作行为的影响因素和导致的结果等方面的主要研究进展,并结合当前实证研究的成果指出了研究的不足和未来的研究方向。
