对老年糖尿病胰岛素治疗患者家庭访视的效果

Effect of Family Visit to Elderly Diabetic Patients with Insulin-relied Therapy

目的探讨家庭访视对老年糖尿病胰岛素治疗患者疾病认知、遵医行为、并发症预防及复诊率的影响。方法将社区内74例老年糖尿病胰岛素治疗患者分为观察组40例和对照组34例。对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组在此基础上定期进行家庭访视并给予护理指导。结果随访6个月后,观察组患者的疾病认知优于对照组,遵医行为明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者血糖水平优于对照组,复诊率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对老年糖尿病胰岛素治疗患者进行家庭访视,有利于提高患者的疾病认知水平及遵医行为,能有效控制血糖和提高复诊率。

Objective To explore the effect of family visit to elderly diabetic patients with insulinrelied therapy on their disease cognition, compliance behavior, complications prevention, and the rate of further consultation. Methods A total of 74 elderly diabetic patients with insulin-relied therapy in the community were divided into the observation group（n = 40）and the control group （n=34）. The patients in the control group were given routine health education. The observation group were given periodical family visit and nursing instruction in addition to routine health education. Results After six months of follow-up, the disease cognition and compliance behaviors of the observation group were superior to that of the control group. The disparity has statistical significance（P〈0.01）. The level of blood sugar in observation group was superior to that of control group. And the rate of further consultation of observation group was higher than those of the control group（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Family visit to elderly diabetic patients with insulin-relied therapy could help to improve the disease cognitive level and compliance behavior of patients,control the blood sugar effectively and increase the rate of further consultation.
